What we have learned scooping Kennewick yards
Kennewick yards are mostly fenced back lawns with real grass, and that combination hides more than owners expect. Bunchgrass and thick fescue swallow waste until a hot afternoon makes it obvious, which is why we walk a grid instead of eyeballing the yard.
Summer here runs brutally dry. Waste dehydrates fast and bonds to the grass crown, so a yard on a monthly plan takes noticeably longer than the same yard on weekly. If you have two or more dogs in a Kennewick yard, weekly is the plan that actually keeps the lawn usable.
