What we have learned scooping Pasco yards
West Pasco has a lot of newer construction, which means young lawns, thin sod and sprinkler systems still settling in. Fresh sod hides waste differently than mature turf, and it stains faster, so we clear it before it sits.
The wind off the river is the thing people underestimate. Loose bags and light waste travel, and a yard that backs onto open ground collects more than its share. Everything we pick up leaves with us rather than sitting in your bin.
Plenty of Pasco homes we service have larger lots with mixed gravel and grass. Gravel is the harder surface to clean well, and it is where a rushed job shows immediately, so we budget extra time for it.
Road 68 traffic shapes our schedule more than the weather does. We route around the school-hour crush so arrival windows we text you actually hold.
