What we have learned scooping Richland yards
Richland has the healthiest lawns we work on, and healthy lawns are the ones most damaged by waste left sitting. Nitrogen burn shows up as those dark green rings and yellow centers, and it is far easier to prevent on a weekly schedule than to repair afterward.
Meadow Springs and Queensgate yards are often bigger than they look from the street, with landscaping beds where waste ends up out of sight. Beds are the first place we check, not the last.
Dog owners near Howard Amon Park walk their dogs more, which sounds like less yard cleanup and usually is not. Dogs go where they are comfortable, and that stays the back lawn.
Deodorizing gets requested most in Richland, especially for patios and small side yards that hold heat. It is eco-friendly and it is the add-on people keep once they try it.
